How to remove OS6 from your N2520/ N2560/ N4520/ N4560 while keeping the drive data intact

**CAUTION THIS WILL REMOVE OS6 FROM THE DRIVES. WHILE YOUR DATA WILL REMAIN, YOU WILL NEED TO REINSTALL OS6 FOR THE DATA TO BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN**
Please download the following USB tool and follow the below steps:
http://www.thecus.com/Downloads/FW/OS6/OS6_remove_HDD_OS_V1.1.zip

A. Find an empty USB drive.
B. Unzip OS6_remvoe_HDD_OS_V1.1.zip to the USB drive.
C. The USB drive should now have a folder called "gofactory" in it with one file "factory_test.sh" inside.
D. Plug in the USB drive and power up the NAS.
E. Wait until system beeps and system powers off automatically.
F. OS6 should now be removed from the drives. You will need to reinstall OS6 again to be able to access your data.
