Thecus® awarded for its service and products quality

03/08/2013- Russian PC Magazine's famous annual poll takes place at the end of every year and is called “Service and quality of the computer brands, 2012”. It is organized among computer users in order to discover the most respectable brands and estimate the quality of the products and services. As a result, Thecus® was chosen among a few other brands in the network storage category and received “Readers' Choice” award.

The poll is created to answer one of the most important questions: “What do users think about a particular product after using it for a while? Are they happy with the quality? Did they have to use company's tech support? Would they recommend that product to their friends?

Traditionally, the poll is based on the answers from multiple  SMBs as well as PC Magazine/RE' readers. All are asked to rate the level of the general quality and the quality of the service as well as for a recommendation (“Would you recommend this brand?”).

The results of the poll are published in the January issue of the PC Magazine, Russia.
