04/21/2015-NikkTech has a long history of reviewing Thecus NAS (N2560, N5550, N4100EVO andN7710-G ). Continuing in these footsteps, NikkTechdug their heels in to test the newest 4-bay Linux NAS from Thecus, the N4310. Once again, Thecus did not disappoint as it was rewarded with the Golden Award from Nikktech.

This robust unit is the ideal device if you are looking for price, performance and features. We have very good performance levels (something which surprised us) from that single core SoC CPU and a good number of features which should cover the majority of consumers out there. We also have very low power consumption which once the drives spin down it gets even lower (we recorded 8W with that feature running) so that's another plus for the N4310.”

“It has room for 4 drives (2.5/3.5"), offers good performance levels (very good for a single core CPU), packs enough features to cover even demanding users and carries a very good price tag so it deserves our Golden Award.”

Thanks toNikkTechfor the review.
