“An outstanding Network Attached Storage device”
Bookmark and Share

03/03/2014-Taking a look at the Thecus N2310 this time around is 3D Game Man. With a video review that covered unboxing, setting up, and using the device, 3D Game Man was ready to pass judgment in 8 minutes flat!

Now let's have a closer look

A sweet looking box” was what greeted Rodney from 3D Game Man when his new N2310 arrived, and the aesthetic finesse of the latest Thecus 2-bay didn't stop there:

I think the overall styling and design on this is quite nice. It's simple but I like the look. It has this combination of matt and kind of glossy finish that works pretty well.”

This attention to detail in a small, light-weight package makes the N2310 “really, really convenient [for] anywhere really, in a home or an office.” But surely we're getting ahead of ourselves. Wouldn't a home or office need more than just a great looking “teeny, tiny computer system”? That's where the N2310's long list of features came in, and topping this list for 3D Game Man were T-OnTheGo (a “mobile control and media streaming” app for Android and iOS) and Plex:

This is my Plex that I use and I love it because you can drop [in] movies, TV shows, music, [and] photos. You can play them pretty much on any device, and I love the fact that [the N2310] actually has it.”

From its “super easy” setup, to “really energy efficient” design and impressive “functionality and affordability,” the N2310 had what it took to be described as “an outstanding Network Attached Storage device” and awarded the 3D Game Man's Kickass Award!

Thanks to Rodney and the rest of the 3D Game Man team for the review!
